Yes, I smoke in my car all the time.
It's a 5 speed too, but I'm just a gangsta driver like that. If you keep your car clean though the smell doesn't stay there (realistically though it is, but ya know what I mean..). Always keep some nice smelling trees around, and vacuum your car once a week. Great way to keep it smelling good.
