What I hate worse than that are the people who wait until the last minute and cross multiple lanes to make a turn. They'll even hold up the lane they're in to do it, because evidently they are just that important and can't be bothered to get in the proper lane ahead of time. If you're too dumb to do that, you're too dumb to figure out you should just go up to the next place and turn around instead of holding everyone up.
