ALCOHOL TASTE TEST- Flavored Malt Beverage
WHO: Males 21 to 25
DATE: Tuesday, November 1, 2005
TIME CHOICES: 6:00, 7:30 or 9:00 p.m.
PAYMENT: $30.00 for a 1 hour study, $10.00 for the required D.D.

REQUIREMENTS: This study is for males 21 to 25 only who have not done an alcohol taste test study in the last 6 months. Please do not sign up for this study if you cannot find a reliable designated driver. Each participant is required to have a D.D. The driver can be any age.
Drivers do not need to check in with me or come in prior to the study. They can come in at the end, say who they are driving and get paid. Drivers can get paid for driving up to 2 participants (2 x $10.00 = $20.00). All participants must have I.D.: Driver's license, State issued photo ID,
birth certificate with picture identification card are all acceptable. It does not matter if your license is issued in another state
