    Hey Ren, whats the skinny on vanity plates?

    I cant get a straight answer from the DMV

    How much does it cost, and how much is it to renew each year?

    Basically If I go right now and order one, how much will I need if my tags currently arent expired.

    $70 for a plate/yr.. All together it was $88 for me today... $70 for the plate and $18 for the title...

    Yeah I was gonna say.. when I had mine i think it was like $70-$75... and each year when you just renew your tags I think the fee is $20.. so its not that bad after you pay the initial fee...

    maybe it changed.. but it was just a $20 fee when i renewed... hmm that was cobb maybe its different or its changed??? But I'm pretty sure I remembered right cause I had my tag 3 years and if it was that much everytime I would have just gone with the standard tag... I probably still have the ish somewhere too, lol

    I dunno, I live in Hall. I just know that when I bought the vanity plates it was $76. And then it came time to renew, I saw it was going to be $76 again, so I just changed to a different vanity plate. I planned on doing that every year since it was the same price. You know, variety.
