I don't get these clients. This man calls in saying that a phone rep took a payment over the phone for him a few weeks ago. I tell him it is not possible because we do not have that option setup. Why continue to tell me we did, when I know 100% it was not possible. If it was don't you think I would take your payment right now over the phone instead of telling you over and over again that it isn't possible. I don't get why they have to argue about it. I work for the company. I know what can and cannot be done. Regardless of what you say, if we cannot do it, I am not going to sit here and tell we can't, if we really can. I have no reason to risk my job by lying to you. Frigen idiots!
