I worked at Cheyenne Mountain (intelligence). When we were zeriong on on the Taliban it took a week or longer to get a Federal tap -- and we had to have a man on the inside to even get the number we wanted tapped.

These fuckers used pre-paid phones to do all of their dirt. They kept the phones for 2 weeks... then destroyed them and got new ones. We had NOTHING. But where they fucked up was using that phone to call numbers that NEVER changed... like their wives at home, or suppliers where they got shit from. Once we had those landlines tapped we didn't need to keep up w/ 130 new pre-paid phones... we'd just wait until they fucked up and called home ... which they never failed us. LOL.
