yeah but isnt statutory rape still considered consentual? Like im 28 if i slept with a 16 year old girl even though she agreed with it, i could still be charged with statutory rape. I can only sleep with girls that are 17+ i think or something (my personal rule is 19).

Statutory i thought existed basically if the kid in question was a minor
