yeah but isnt statutory rape still considered consentual? Like im 28 if i slept with a 16 year old girl even though she agreed with it, i could still be charged with statutory rape. I can only sleep with girls that are 17+ i think or something (my personal rule is 19).

Yeah, you're right. My guess is, he fucked some chick at a party or some shit. And her parents found out/she had second thoughts and the parents busted him.
