    Question As anyone ever felt....

Like they are going crazy? I'm being for real. Like for me it's getting worse everyday. I never had any type anxiety and/or panic attacks until like two years ago when me and my ex-fiance split up for good last year. I don't know why I started having them. For a while I was controlling them pretty decently, but here lately they are getting worse and worse. Like a couple of months ago I ended up having one bad enough to cause me to have a seizure. It's pretty bad to remember getting up to go piss after having sex and the next thing you know is your being woke up by paramedics while your laying but ass naked in the floor with nothing but a towel over you.

For me what happens is I'll start getting over nervous and a little sick at my stomach. Then I start feeling the anxiety weighing in then I start to panic. Sometimes I can calm myself down, but when I'm in public it's really hard. I have to be away from everything and in silence.

For me it can be caused by thinking about something, talking about something, while eating, being around something, and/or a combination of any of these with maybe a few more that I'm not thinking of right now. Sometimes it just happens even while I'm in a good mood and happy. Like the time I just got through fucking. Most of the time it happens when I'm focusing to hard on something.

What's bad is when Your driving or on a bike and have one. It's bad because you can kill yourself and/or other people because of something that's not your fault. I read that stress, problems, depression, worries all can be a part and play a role in causing them. They don't really happen while I;m driving anymore. I've only had it happen maybe twice on a bike and around three or four times while in a car/truck.

I had one last night while I was eating at a restaurant with some friends. I had to walk outside and do something I haven't done in a long time to get myself to calm down and keep from throwing up like I have before. I smoked a cigarette. I haven't smoked in over two years and haven't since then, but my usual methods of talking myself down and making my self focus on something else weren't helping. That's scary to me because I don't wanna start smoking again.

I tried Red Dawn Special Crop Spark 30 for a week and didn't have one single sign of having any type of anxiety. I tried it because my cousin who is a massage therapist uses it to help her clients relax while she is giving them a massage. It really helped me but I don't wanna become dependent on something tho. But I'm afraid if I don't figure out something to help me , that my body won't take this stress on it forever.

No if you want to down me after reading this, keep in mind. I DID NOT MAKE YOU CLICK THE THREAD AND OPEN IT. So please, keep your shit to yourself.

I've also had an anxiety attack trigger a few times while I have been playing on stage with a few different bands I'm friends with. Pretty bad when you're starting freak out and you know you can't fuck up, because you have like 200+ or more people watching. LOL lot of pressure.

I'm not asking for attention. I was just wondering if anyone else has had or has anxiety attacks and/or panic attacks. If you have ever had one or do ever have one then you would understand.

Ah it's all good. I mean if I wanted Xanax I can get almost all I want for free without a doctors prescription. But I'm trying to step away from becoming dependent on anything.

well then grow some fucking pubes, take control of your mind and come to the realization that acute emotional attacks are something only women should experience.

I mean when I do take any these days it's on rare occasions at parties. I can't tell you how many times I've turned down just about every drug for free. Like this wensday at a party I went to after my friends band played at a bar up here. I was offered all the pills, pot, dope, coc I could do for free. But I just stuck with beer and liquor.

Men's Health Magazine just released a study they've been working on for about a decade where they've narrowed down the causes of panic attacks in adult males under 40 years of age. It is reported that the panic attack comes on when testosterone levels rise higher than estrogen levels in gay males. What happens is that gay males maintain a high level of estrogen to feed their minds into thinking they are women so they act effeminate. These men think they are normal and this is how they are supposed to be. When testosterone levels rise above the estrogen count, a signal is sent to the brain that tells the mind and body that it is a heterosexual body and not a homosexual one. It's kind of like a crossed wire effect in that the brain is used to functioning as a homosexual male, but all of a sudden is told to act like a straight male instead. The brain gets confused and mixed signals are sent through the nervous system causing the body to go into jerking, convulsion-like movements. The brain panics and the body follows suit; thus giving you your panic attack.

I couldn't make this stuff up. Later, QD.

    And to continue the article:

Another factor that plays into the end result of this decade long study is the "deniability factor." This the term that scientists use to describe the level of defiance that the patient exudes in proclaiming he is not homosexual. The "deniability factor" was shown to rise in males that had levels of both testosterone and estrogen that were almost the same. It throws their body into a constant state of confusion thus resulting in more prominent attacks. Vomiting and lack of response from "self-talks" are also a symptom of deniability. The "deniability factor" is also high in males that are afraid that their hidden secret may be outed at any time and they are always on the hunt for an excuse as to their actions that are feminine resemblant. This constant state of hiding can also bring on attacks similar to those of claustrophobia.

As far as the research has gone, they have not yet determined if a cure exists for this. Some say that, for now, sexual reassignment surgery is the only known cure for it as it relieves the brain of the stress of not fulling knowing what sexuality form it should follow. A short term "cure" is estrogen pills.

Still, man. This is shit that can't be made up, man. Later, QD.
