Okay.... Last night I'm driving around with my friends and I look at the temp gauge that normally sits at 1/3, and it is at 1/2... very odd for a cold night.... so I decide I am going to keep my eye on it, it eventually reaches about 4/5ths before I finally pull over, wrap a towel around the radiator cap, pull it off and see how much water it will take. IT took an entire half gallon... umm okay, I'm leaking somewhere obviously, that sucks but whatever. So we go back to my friend's and we watch a movie. It's 3 a.m. when I decide to head out. I , at all times, get caught in traffic on 285 and I am like the first car in line for a road block of ALL 5 LANES for an accident. So I stay there and idle for about 30 mins, then shut off. At around 4:30 (finally) they tell us they're going to open 1 lane. Ok, so they open one lane, and it takes us to the next exit, where my leading igniter blows. (idk if this is a common piece on other cars, but this is the thing that tells the coil packs to fire the spark plugs, the car won't run without it). So I spend like 20 mins in the dark with no tools, using coins as flathead screwdrivers and shit to swap my trailing igniter over to the leading circuit. Hook it all up (it's 5:00 a.m. by now) and limp it back to my friend's apartment because I didn't get anywhere near far away from it. He let's me stay and the next day, I find a spare igniter in my car from when I swapped chassis from the wrecked car (thank god). Hook it up, and make my way home. Then, 1 exit from my house, my front passenger wheel bearing just collapses. The car is able to drive home, but is VERY hard to control. I get home and have one upright wheel, and one crazy demon camber looking wobbly wheel that is bellowing smoke from all the heat of metal on metal contact with no bearing, and burning grease............. Then, just do add insult to injury, I turn the car off, and the clock hat is supposed to always be on, turns off, so I restart the car, and the clock has reset to 12:00, so one more little tiny thing managed to find a way to break before the day ended....
