    Put her on hold, transfer her to someone else. I used to be a service writer for a chevy dealer, so when people would get rude Id transfer them to the Manager. he'd tear them apart

    She gave me an A because I didn't hang up and I let her rant for about 15 minutes and now I am trying to help her and give her the reality of the situation.
