Seeing as how i jstu lost my license for the gayest reason i did some researc on speeding laws and YES by law if the cop wrote that you where doign 105/45 you will not lose your license for 6months but for 1 year, ALSO since you where out after curfew and it says you age ont he ticket and the time nad date it was issued then you will get another 6 months on top of that. Now if the cop was nice and he did right the spee don there becuse if he didnt and never asked for license and registration then i think that that was not a cop but someone out early for halloween. But if it was then he did report your speed and since you did get a ticket outside your curfew you will be losing your license jsut on that charge.
