That doesnt help with the discription? there could be a number of different ones that it could be. all black, 8 wheeled? front upper slant nose? look heavely armored? cause it sounds like an armored swat protection vehicle. but without specifics i cant be sure.

It looked just like the picture below. It was Cobb Co., I figured they were just moving it, but damn they made a big scene with it. Oh well, if it was something big it would probably be on the news.
