By how he killed and how frequent, he didn't seem to care and that he didn't think it was wrong. He thought he could hold life and death in his own hands. And no one has that power. You are saying that he has issues in his brain where as the other person was saying that he knew what he did was wrong. LOL it's either one or the other. it's not both.
