    When you neg rep. someone no matter how much you dissaprove of there comment they always neg you back with some stupid comment?Do people really understand neg reps?It means that I dissaprove of your comment no hard feelings just my opinion....Then they find a random post you made,no matter how good it was and say something like"YOUR STUPID" and neg you back.
