    Must be 50/50.

    Im half Korean/Half white

    Extra Credit but not required:
    -No harsh accents
    -No angry asian parents
    -No nasty smelling homes that smell like a market on Buford Hwy

    Default The Pelican Bukkake Foundation for Founding Delegations

    From here on out the Pelican Bukkake Foundation for Founding Delegations, requires all new delegations founded to pay a substantial fee for the impending delegation to be founded.

    All Delegations in the Founding Process will need to pay a Founding Fee of 100, payable in any currency, dollars, euros, dinar, rubles, shoelaces, grains of salt, etc..

    ADDENDUM:

    All alliances between existing and new delegations must be run through the Pelican Bukkake Foundation for Founding Delegations.

    As per our other services, a fee must be imposed on this action.

    50, as per our payment requirements.
