thats not a law. thats is a insurance policy. and if you really do have it. why did you plead no lo and take a conviction. you should have shown up with your policy and have the solicitor drop it. since if you pleaded not guilty you would have won. but no your to fucking stupid and pleaded no lo and took the fine anyways. even though you have a insurance policy to let you drive any uninsured vehilce...
btw how much is your insurance? since you can drive any vehicle. can you drive a friend's dad's SLR, f430, spiker, murcielgao, XJ220, and a few other cars into a wall and then pay for it through your insurance... i highly doubt you have that high of a coverage to let you drive any vehicle.
