I keep them in the fridge. Didn't freeze it...but it was cold enough.

When i took it outta the oil, i used a flat spatula so it didn't fall apart...When i picked it up to eat it, it kinda fell apart. Super soft but delicious

When I lived up north they used to fry Snickers bars. My friend that worked at Zaxby's used to deep fry everything he got his hands on like lettuce, toast, celery, etc.
