You could possibly use the same idea but work it in a different way...like one that works off of batteries in case of a power outage. That way you can still have a warm booty for shits in the dark
or how about on that is clear. the inside lights up, and it has a heater. so that way, if its cold outside and your power goes out, you can still find the toilet cause its lit and the seat will be warm
