IDK, to make it simple, 'original gangsta' status can be attained through:

Post count of 10,000 and higher
Must be a member for more than 4 years.

As for 'post quality,' the member longevity and post count all go hand in hand b/c if you've made 10,000+ posts of shit, you would have been banned, or have never made it to that point.
