I had a client on the phone just now who is 28 years old and I would like to know what rock she climbed out of. I really have not had a client this dumb is who knows how long.
She had Jerry Springer blasting in the background, children yelling, a man talking louldly and she wonders why she couldn't hear for shit, when I tried to tell her she had a lot of background noise, she said, "okay". I was giving her the address and I said boulevard and said said spell it. I said BLVD for the abbreviation and she couldn't even get that right. Then I told her attention cashier and she said "spell it", and she also said appention instead of attention. I said reference the policy # on your method of payment. She said what is the reference #. Stupid idiot, turn your damn TV off and listen. People are so friggen ignorant, it is ridiculous.
Then I tried to explain that since the payment is 2 months behind the insurance coverage is not active. She said what do you mean, I said proudly, if something happens to anyone in the policy there is no coverage so no death benefit will be paid out.
Just had to get the stupidness I deal with out. I want to ask them one day if they even went to school.
