    Heather (Silver) is part of the Black Delegation and the sub-group HUC. She is not allowed to be a part of any other delegation. If she does decide to leave, it would mean her immediate dismissal from the BD and the HUC.

    Since you are the head of the HUC, if you want to make a sub-delegation of the HUC that will be the JD then you are more than welcome too.
