the thing ive found with europe is... people associate smoking out of a pipe with smoking rocks. so the weed heads here all roll spliffs and stuff (they call them spliffs, but they are 60% tobacco... GROSS). i have yet to meet anyone who owns any nice glass. guess its a cultural thing.
