if you wanna look at it another way, if someone found out their kid was sick in biblical times, and they knew jesus was in the area, they would go to him in the hopes that the child or whoever would be healed. so jesus was a "doctor" in biblical times. If jesus wanted kids to die for no reason, he wouldn't have given us doctors to fucking save them. Therefore no matter how you look at it, taking your kid to a doctor, in no way, violates any religion, at least any sensible religion.
and as a kicker, the parents should be crucified.
