With that being said; I say Echonova should be given supermod powers simply because he's made me laugh before. Doesn't matter if it's only been twice he's still made me laugh, and that alone is a great accomplishment.

That being said, I don't know what mods I'd like to see axe'd as we really don't get to see what mods do what and what mods don't do shit.
As far as new mods go, Echo is definitely a great choice.
