my co workers were telling me about this 13 stories place, how there are real spiders on like the last floor and they can bite you bc you signed the waiver or something... and you get $$ if you make it to the top?

I dont get it, why wouldn't bums just raid the place on a meth/crack rage and just capitalize daily.
