Let me get this straight..one car supposedly tried to push another off the road, change was thrown out of a car at highspeeds on the highway, and at least two cars were involved in a wreck...

Sorry I wasn't more clear. The initial reaction I was speaking of would be the presentation of the "bird". I am inclined to believe that if you had not done that, the other driver probably would have not continued with the said action of trying to commit vehicular homicide and the event would have been finished immediately. I could be wrong though, maybe he just hates people and that's why he cut you off in the first place. I sincerely apologize if that is the case.
