like the OP said. he can counter sue for assault with a deadly weapon. the guy tried to run him off the road multiple times. not to mention there was no witnesses on either account. so to prove that the OP threw change at this guys car is impossible. even if it did leave a dent or two. "i didn't throw anything sir. the man tried multiple times to run me off the road, and then rear ended somebody in his own rage."
