so i get my license reinstated like last week after it being suspended for 6 months for speeding ticket

so today..my sister is screaming @ me about being late for class and how she has to be in class in 10 minutes(1230 class) and shes got exam she has to take or else she will surely fail

so im kinda rushing to get her to school being the big bro that i am
so as im passing cars on 316
the cop that clocks you in the median pulls me over for going 89 in 55
i dont even remember hitting 80..but whatever
so i get ANOTHER ticket!
man i waznt even tryna speed just going a little over to make sure my little sister gets to class on time!

so 89 in 55..thats definitely over 24mph
i lost my license before for speeding and guess that was my 1st offense

but before i was 20 when i lost it...now im 21

so now that you are done neg repping and with the lols...
plz take time out to answer my question IN A POSITIVE MANNER....plz dont kick me im already pretty down

will i lose my license again?
im 21..shouldnt i get some kind of work permit?

or will i just have to pay a fine(still sucks) and get on wit my life?...
i have two weeks to find out and was wondering if someone can help me out

go to court. plead to the judge that you were trying to get your sister to work on time for her exam and she was late and her car was broken down. have her write an affidavit and have that signed by a notary to confirm your story. hope the judge sides with you and lowers the speed and lets yo upay a fine.

if you have money, get an attorney.

The last time I went to court for a traffic violation the judge removed 10mph from everyone's speeding ticket, and if it's 15mph over the speed limit than you would get points added. This was in dekalb county though. Not sure if gwinnett does this or not.

Either way it doesn't look too good for you.
I don't know why you were speeding through 316 anyways - shit I'm sure your sister failed her exam anyways.

she did pretty well im glad the teacher let the whole class wait for my sister cuz she called her professor while the cop was yelling @ me
in her class if youre late, you might as well drop the class cuz the teacher WILL fail you
