I accepted my fatness until it got in the way of enjoying play time with my daughter. When I get winded just running around the park after her (she is 3.5 years old) it got to me. I am tipping the scale at 299 today. I started at 303 last Thursday. I really should worry more about cardio, but my arms and legs arent that fat so I hit weights and do squats...just need to be toned. Most of my extra 80 lbs resides in my thighs and stomach.
