    no doubt, i'm hoping this will kinda of a wake up call and he will try taking better care of himself.

    ive been telling my pops the same thing about gettin up in the age and not being as active as he used to be,that he needs to take better care of himself...watching what he eats and his weight.he now works out almost everyday and is in probably better shape than me
