I calim thread BS. OP gets hit by a car and doesn't even make an attempt at calling the police right then and there? Doesn't try to check if there were any witnesses near the intersection to back up the story?

Also, if you had the green hand, then he had a red light, unless he was making a left onto the road you were crossing, or a right off the road you were cross and in the case he would have had a red light (must stop on red to make a right hand turn).
