Never heard of that? Damn. The first time I got pulled over for being too low was in 1989. I was in Decatur at Columbia Dr and Glenwood Rd. I didn't question him when he did because I figured being a half inch off the ground (entire car, not just side skirts) would be illegal. I've had modified/lowered cars since before half of you were 5 years old and never been "harassed" for anything. Always pulled over for valid reasons. You have to pay to play.
