How long do your socks last for?

I don't have to organize my socks, I buy an assload of socks, all the same brand, style etc... No matching involved, pull out two socks from the drawer and viola!! They match (dress socks are kept in a seperate drawer). I changed my socks everyday so they seem to wear out evenly. But I was fully expecting something like this:

I was highly disappointed.
