Thats BS. Guy was protecting his family and house and gets prison for fighting off thieves. The government there needs to shape up that's crazy.


Edit: The 2 robbers escaped after they found out one of the sons escaped, then the other robber was fleeing also. The owner of the house then threw a f.cking table at the thief hitting him in the head. Then the thief still fleed and was chased by the owner and family getting caught. Then brutally hit w/ a cricket bat and pole when the guy wasnt on his property and neighbors witnessed a cruel beating which was intent. The jury convicted the home owner and others w/ inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent, which is not doing it to protect family and belongings. The guy just went to far on the beatings so they charged him for it when obviously the thief was fleeing and no longer a threat. Still I say it's Bs.
