thats awesome. +reps. I dunno if its true or not but i was told this by a buddy thats a gwinnett county officer. Those redlight tickets dont have to be paid, due to the fact that georgia law states the person must be 100% identified. He said that to give a citation in georgia the officer must catch the person in the act of doing the crime and be identified as that person, so if the camera only gets your tag like the ones ive gotten in duluth in the past. They dont have to be paid due to the law thats set already. anyone else heard this?
