Or how about, they mail something like 2 days before they call and they are like did you get my letter or my payment..how about allow snail mail time idiot and then it has to be delivered to the correct department and then rollfilmed into the system...people are so dumb i just want to kick them through the phone.

I hate when they call and they are at work and they ask me to hold..I normally just hang up when they put me on hold.
