    I know my job is hiring like its going out of style. I get a small raise every 4 months until I top out. We also have back orders into 2015 at least.

    Not even close. We are just seeing the short term effects of the all the cash the govt dumped into the system. When those bills start coming due and inflation hits things will get A LOT worse than they are now.

    I wish the company I work for would see it that way. a year and like 3 months and still not a raise or even talks of one. the owner said "when we do start giving raises you'll be ther first" yet that was like 7 months ago. wtf/
