    He missed his chance at that one. He could have pressed charges at the time. It is now his word and a few friends that they will say is intoxicated versus the cops, club owners, and bouncers.

    No. I actually did the SMART thing, so I didnt go to jail. I went home and got my girl to take pictures of me, I have proof. And witnesses. Stop trying to get all involved, youve got the story all kinds of fucked up buddy
