DUDE GOT IN THE CLUB......NO TROUBLE THERE. IT WAS AN 18+ EVENT.

BOUNCER APPROACHES HIM.......THIS BOUNCE BTW IS SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT FOLLOW AT A CLUB......BOUNCER SELLS A 21 BAND....WHICH ALLOWS AN UNDERAGE TO DRINK.......WAIT.....HOLD UP??? Yes...that's right. The bouncer allowed this underage kid to drink.

LET'S ALSO LOOK AT THIS FROM ANOTHER POINT OF VIEW. No fight happens, everyone had a good time. OP HOPS IN THE CAR.....INTOXICATED.....ON THE WAY HOME.....DIES IN A CAR WRECK. ANOTHER DUI wreck, ANOTHER teen dead, ANOTHER kid that's UNDERAGE DRUNK, DEAD.

This all comes out to, how did he get the alcohol? Who sold it to him? How? What? WHERE, WHY?

YOU GUYS SERIOUSLY THINK, OPERA WOULD BE FREE NOW IF THE OP WAS FOUND DEAD ON THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT? BECAUSE OF A BOUNCER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW ALL THE RULES BUT INSTEAD BROKE THEM TO GET THAT EXTRA CHEESE !?!?

For all you know, you might have NEVER had the intentions to drink but instead changed your mind as he approached you.

Of course he wrong for drinking....DUH, he is underage, but what about the retard bouncer that made this happen? WHERE DOES HIS PUNISHMENT FALL IN PLACE?

I am with izzy just because i have seen plenty of these cases out in cali its like a everynight thing up there.And regaurdless if they let the bouncer go or not it still is on the employer because at the time of the accident he was employed by them.Call it what u will but with a great lawyer and if you got deep pockets u can make a nice case and change the name of the club to your own:)

I wonder what is being left out, I know bouncers love to fuck someone up whenever the chance presents itself. But most of the time its the clubgoer that either says something or does something to provoke the bouncer's action. Gl on the lawsuit, I hope you atleast got checked out by a doctor as soon as this happened so its documented

All in all bouncer sold it to him but did not force him to use it. He is still wrong. He drank, he got shit kicked out of him. Tough lesson.

I can honestly say, I did NOT lay a hand on anyone, or even try to resist, ofcourse I was trying to get up while I was getting punched in the face, handcuffed. But I was unsuccesful
