I called and kept hanging up on useless "customer loyalty team" phone peoples til i got 550 refunded yesterday.

I got hit with a data roaming charge of 550 that took me three months to get fixed and then overage charge from traveling for work and a late charge because there were suppoes to give me a free month, but didn't, so, yea...im switching to sprint
