I think they were trying to stop it a while back because of the burnouts. Remember it was on the news? Then they realized how much money they make. Then they welcomed us in the AJC and hired cops.

They don't own that bottom lot, that's why you don't get booted if you park before the wall.

If whoever owns that bottom lock hired a messican to collect $5 for parking and let ppl use the lot. They would make a killing.

Or if the people who wanted to park there just paid the $2.50 to the box that is already there...theyw ould make a killing I think that is why the boot people are there. They have a box, most don't use it.
