Been drinking NOS for awhile. The original and grape are good, the fruit punch I dont really care for and Ive never had the sugar free. I drink way too many energy drinks but my current favorite is No Fear: The Motherload its in a green can.

you know non-nutritive sugar substitutes like Dextrose, Sucralose, Aspartame, ect ect, still cause Insulin spikes. So its just like consuming sugar products, they just arent able to be metabolized them selves. Its the insulin spike that causes weight gain, and early onset diabetes.

NOS, redbull and 5hr are some decent energy drinks, but i would never recommend taking Redline energy drinks. Shit is whack and f..ks you up seriously. Makes your energy feel like you geeked up on pounds of sugar and you feel like sh!t.
