I NEED SOMEONE TO EITHER CREATE A QUICK MACRO OR JUST FIGURE OUT A WAY TO DO THIS W/O MY INTERVENTION. I NEED THIS DONE ASAP AND I WILL PAYPAL YOU MONEY UPON COMPLETION.

BASICALLY...

I HAVE A EXCEL FILE W/ 3 COLUMNS:

PART#(COLUMN1,(20CHAR)), ID#(COLUMN2,(20CHAR)), DESC(COLUMN3)...

Currently column3 has random amount of characters depending on description, i need this column broken down into 45 char max with the remaining characters made into a separate record using the same column1/column2... it would probably be helpful to create a unique id for every record or number the records.

example:

12345, 67890, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

i need it to be:

12345, 67890, blah blah blah blah,12345-001
12345, 67890, blah blah blah blah,12345-002

i need the data broken into separate records b/c the DB system this is going into has a 50 char limit - meaning if the 3rd column has 100 characters it would need to be put into a separate record and that record still needs the appropriate column1/2
