I feel bad for him too, I talked to the cop- he made sure to tell me.... more than 80% of the time (the people the cops I talked to, has delt with) that a person hits another person and they die, the person driving....if they have never commited a crime, usually commits suicide. So maybe its not just a man I saw die, but a man die, and another man plan out his own death?
