    there's about 1/2 a dozen things that could do for under $10 that would keep them busy for hours.

    ...except for that. It would probably be easier getting one out of a school on one anways. Drive up with a rollback and fake name and random DOT number on the side and say you got a car to pickup for service calling out a random shops name...then drive right out.
