575 Gets Some Love
This may not seem like much to most, but they are paving 575. I drove home this evening and almost shed a tear. I've always hated that bump at the on ramp to 575 and it was smoothed out today. I love how they have the big sign up that lets everyone know the money came from the Stimulus package. Like I haven't been paying taxes all this time on my car that should have went to infrastructure improvement.
OMG! about damn time! 575 blows!
and the US infrastructure is in tatters...so it needed to be done anyway.

It looks like they start work after the rush. I'm guessing they are starting around 7 or 8. The first night they started they finished everything from the ramp to what looks like the Chastain exit. They are only do the right lane going north right now. I stay right off Chastain, but I always take exit 1 and then a left on Bells Ferry to get home.
WTF, what if a bump on a ramp kept you from going somewhere.
i used to go 75 to 575 all the time,when i went up to young harris..............i never thought it was bad.

yea i used to drive 120 miles oneway on 575,id just set my cruise at 90mph and sit back,lol
