It really depends on the way your policy is set up. You can put a sentimental value on your car with some companies to where if something happens to your car no matter what you get whatever set amount you put it at. But as it sounds they are not responsible for whats inside the car. But you can always talk to them and see where it goes. I got paid for the tint intake and other parts that got messed up on my SS/SC when it got totalled by someone. So it depends on how the company is really.
