getting out of tickets..HELP!

Well ithink i have some insight into this seeing as how 1 week ago i got my licence supension notice! This is one thing many people may not now...

For anyone under the age of 21 can not get more than 2 tickets on there license in any 12 month consective period. Being under 18 you cant have a poitn count of more then 4 points, but between 18-21 you cant get more than 6 which would be 2 tickets. Now this is were georgia laws get tricky..... ...... when you get that second ticket you WILL have your licence suspended no matter what....BUT.....they will nto inform you until 6 months and 1...yes 1 day after your your ticket...BECUASE...if you do not go fight that ticket in court an djust pay your fine you plead FUL guilty to the charge and they take your licence.

i mean i now wha ti did was wrong and i paid my fine and idd my time for them....BUT they were over a year ago and i jsut got my notice last week to have my licence to the DMV head-quaters in conyers by the 11th. So now for the next 6 months i am out of a job and relying on others for rides to school and what not.

Also in your question to wether you can get out of them you CANT! Sry to burst your bubble but i found all this out by talking iwtha lawyer, and this is what they told us..."Its a crap law" is what the lawyer told my father. She said that there is no way around it.She said you can hire a lawyer and go to court about it but the odds of winning are very VERY slim.

So sry to burst your bubble, also this is nto a flame just saying i know what you are going through and i am in the same boat as you...But you can try but you may win but it may be to no avail jsut in joy your licence until you get that notice.

well i believe i only have 3 right now, and i looked up how many points u get for 16 over, and its only 2 in georgia. there is a way to get out of this ticket illegally. i just contacted him a little to late. the security at my old job was cool as hell, and he said if i ever was about to get a ticket, just call him and he will tell the officer to let me go. but BOTH times ive got tickets that for some reason was the last thing on my mind. this time i remembered liek 10 mins after i got the ticket and i called and he said he might beable to get him to not turn it in, but he wasnt sure. havent called him back to see what happen, i dont really want to find out....
