I'll admit that the texture of fat isn't too appealing sometimes... thats why I always try to get a bite that has a little lean and a little fat.

And it's not like hamburger meat is lean... The fat is just ground up and mixed in with the meat. At least with a hamburger I'm not biting in to a big, chewy piece of fat that makes me gag.
